Front Office Recepcionist
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the reception desk during day and night shifts.
- Be available to work rotating shifts.
- Carry out guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage reservations, billing and telephone enquiries.
- Provide support and assistance to guests, answering their questions and requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel reception is preferred, but not essential.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Full availability to work flexible hours, including rotating and night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) is preferred, but not essential.
F&B - Head Waiter - Restaurant / Bar
Main Functions:
Supervise and coordinate the restaurant/bar team during service, organize and distribute team tasks, monitor service, ensuring quality of service and compliance with procedures, ensure the organization, cleanliness and presentation of restaurant and bar areas, oversee the opening and closing of services. Manage costs, stock and inventory. Make purchase requisitions for products.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in supervisory or classroom management roles (preferred).
• Good knowledge of restaurant and bar service.
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and manage conflict situations.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are an asset)

Requirements:
• Previous experience in similar roles (preferred).
• Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

• Previous experience in kitchen duties (preferred).
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to organize and work in a team.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
