Front Office Recepcionist
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the reception desk during day and night shifts.
- Be available to work rotating shifts.
- Carry out guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage reservations, billing and telephone enquiries.
- Provide support and assistance to guests, answering their questions and requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel reception is preferred, but not essential.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Full availability to work flexible hours, including rotating and night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) is preferred, but not essential.
